I’ve Been Called the Nicest, Fairest, Most Thorough “Handyman” in the Verde Valley… But I’ll Let You Be the Judge!

My name is Wayne Butler…

I grew up in Boston (you’ll know it by my accent when we speak!), went to the West Coast with my wife to start our family, and eventually settled here in the Verde Valley.

Hardly a week goes by where I don’t help a friend or a relative redo a floor, or install a water heater, paint a room or remodel part of a house.

I’ve been doing this work for longer than I can remember. One day, I decided to start offering my services to home owners in the Verde Valley who want help with “handyman” type stuff from someone who is nice, easy to communicate with, knows the value of hard work and treats other’s houses as well as I treat my own.

I’m a father of three with a lot going on… So while the number of clients I work with is limited, I’m doing this work because I know:

I know this because my friends have told me. Sure, you can hire one of the big companies to help you out. You might wait a few weeks and you’ll probably pay through the nose, but that option IS available.

You could also call one of those guys who drives around with his phone number on the side of the car. They’re far cheaper, but it’s hard to know if they take their work seriously. Sometimes they show up, sometimes they don’t.

And then there’s me. Wayne.

I’m only one guy. And I only work a limited amount of time. But when I say I’m going to do something, it gets done.

So here are the details about how I work…

I’m not the cheapest guy. I’m not the most expensive. I AM probably the most conscientious. That just means I care. But really, I treat each project like it is one I’m doing for my own home.

My pricing is simple and straightforward. I charge $70/hour, with a 30 minute minimum for each job. I accept cash, checks or credit cards.

(I DO have a monthly home maintenance program available if you want me to come by twice per month to check over your property and address things so you don’t miss them!)

I’m not a flashy type of guy. So you won’t see my name on a billboard anywhere and you won’t see my face painted on the side of the trolley going down 89A in Sedona.

In fact, most of the people I work with spread my name around for me.
