For homeowners in the Verde Valley who want to stay on top of regular house maintenance and make sure no small cheap problems become big expensive problems, I offer the Monthly Home Maintenance Program.
Twice per month, I’ll come by your property and do a walkthrough of your home and the surrounding area.
If I notice light bulbs that need to be replaced or that your air filter on your HVAC system is dirty, I’ll go ahead and do those things. (I’ll tell you what supplies to have on hand so you’ll be ready.) I’ll go through your entire home and do the small routine maintenance that keeps a home running smoothly.
If I notice serious issues that need to be addressed, I’ll bring those to your attention so we can talk about what it would take to get that resolved by doing a separate project (additional charges would obviously apply to those projects.)
Enrollment for the Monthly Home Maintenance Program is $249 per month and I have a maximum of 40 spots available. There are no long term contracts and you are free to cancel at any time. Just give me two weeks notice so I can plan accordingly.
